1 General Terms

4 Betting Rules

Sports betting on pk9993 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test series), football, esports, tennis, and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled, changed, or exchanged.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — including in-play bets after the event has concluded — will be declared void.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type. In most cases, voided bets are returned to your account at the original stake value.
• In-play betting markets close and reopen at different points during a match. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply, regardless of subsequent changes.
• pk9993 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match fixing, data feed errors, or where odds were clearly published incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• PSL and T20 cricket markets — including ball-by-ball in-play betting — follow official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. DLS method results are accepted as final.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk9993 runs promotions tied to real events — PSL season bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and slot promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer. New player bonuses are only available once per person and once per household.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must bet before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible products are stated clearly in each offer.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting bonuses. Free bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account when the bonus expires.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

8 Account Security

• Chargebacks or disputed transactions without valid grounds
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources

In cases of closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.

10 Limitation of Liability

pk9993 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running reliably — particularly during high-traffic events like PSL finals and T20 international matches — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• pk9993 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, data feed errors, or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
• We are not responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may apply to your winnings under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Technical errors that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed will not be honoured. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• pk9993 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

11 Changes to These Terms

pk9993 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, a notification will be displayed when you next log in to your account.
